We ordered woven wood shades and motorized roller shades on December 2nd. After multiple follow ups and 22 days later on Christmas Eve. We received our order the realize it was only a portion of our order. I reached back out and now they are saying it will be January 10th before the rest of our order will ship out. Who knows when we will receive the rest of our order. Moral of the story don't order unless you have months to wait on the shades.

Amazing blinds, delivery slow

I purchased blinds that were confirmed as shipped within 2 weeks of purchase and am very pleased with the the quality and easy installation. I am very disappointed that it took almost 3 weeks to be delivered after that.

Beautiful shade

Questionable.

Shades came in good condition, however the largest most expensive one for the Living Room was completely the wrong size. Evidently it is what we ordered. Don't know how it got screwed up.
IT IS NOT VERY CLEAR UP FRONT THAT THE FIT WARRANTY HAS TO BE PURCHASED!
Also, the valance and the shades are not very white!

Once they arrived, the blinds were and are fine. However, when ordering, the website said ships within 5 days. Not quite the same as "you'll receive them within 5 days" but seems reasonable that they'd be there around a week later. After 10 days I call, the response, after 165 minutes on hold waiting (yes, 165 minutes), was "oh, they're in customs, we'll send them once they clear." No offer to expedite, no clue about when they will clear customs, no offer to provide some refund or otherwise try to make it right with me. The blinds arrived the day before my guests did, 20 days after ordering, so I guess I should be grateful I had a small window of time to install them. Completely offputting customer service experience. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the blinds arrived in working order and are themselves fine.
