We had ordered blinds several years ago and we're very pleased with them. The blinds we ordered recently were not quite as durable. Also, the side caps were not included. A little disappointed.

Shopping for these was easy because of good instructions.
The blinds were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition, although they took longer than expected to arrive.

Shade arrived pretty quickly and was easy to install. I will use again.

I purchased top-down cell shades, and within months one of the cells delamniated and is starting to fall apart. I put in a claim to have it replaced, however there was zero chance of mis-use (we have had cell shades for years) and now I'm afraid the other four I've purchased for the room are going to do the same thing. On top of this, they sent the wrong color on one window, and these take forever to ship despite what the website advertises. Then, our personal information was leaked in a data breach, including our credit card which we then had to go through canceling. I will never recommend this company. I would give one star if I could, go with Home Depot or something else.

These were about our 5th purchase from Select Blinds, and we intend to continue buying from them as long as the quality and service remains. The blinds were cut to our exact specifications, look great, and were both installed in about 30 minutes.

Received my blinds. One cut too short other mechanisms didn't work. Customer service appeared intentive, and then never followed up. Would not recommend.

We bought two blinds. One slider and one open from top or bottom. The dark out blinds are great. The slider blind was a bit more difficult to install but works great.

Dealing with Select Blinds has always been good but I was disappointed with this last woven blind that will not hang straight. I followed all instructions on installing it but I pull it down it's slightly higher on one side. I've tried lifting it all the way up, as suggested in the instructions, but it still hangs crooked.

The blinds I ordered were expected and supposed to be 'fabric with satin appearance', per online description and image, where in reality I received plane plastic cheap looking rollers.
After initially contacting the customer service via phone and e-mails, with request for replacement, a month after, there still no reply with attempt for resolving the problem.
Yesterday, I requested a refund, but there's still no response from SelectBlinds.

Very fast delivery. They do a great job of filtering the light from outside.we do have one that was not needed to return.

It was very easy - just measure and order. The blind arrived and was easy to install. I love it! Highly recommend!
