Ordering the blinds was easy and the blinds are good quality, but the continuous cord loop makes a lot of noise when opening and closing the blinds. This is negatively impacting my whole experience. Now I have to consider the cost of reordering blinds without the continuous cord loop.
One of the spring mounts was missing the springs so the product could not be installed.
I really like the product except opening and closing the blind. I have bad shoulders and I can't reach the top without standing on a stoolretu
The Top-down Bottom-up blinds that we bought were easy to install and we are loving them. I love the fact that I can have the blind down from the top and I can see out into our beautiful Arizona landscape without feeling like I am being watched. I had to replace one blind out of 7 that we installed because of a flaw in the fabric and it was very easy and quick.
The website was easy to navigate. We were updated throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the product.
Easy to complete with few challenges. Arrived quickly and everything was there to complete the hanging of the blinds. They are perfect.
It was fairly easy. The measurements are what stress me out. But they were not that hard. I was worried the blinds wouldn't fit but they were perfect. I had thought I had ordered no drill blinds but when I received them we needed to install them. Measured for the placement of the fasteners and the first screw the head snapped completely off. We were installing the blinds in oak woodwork. Left it set for a few days and came back to it. Chose a little larger drill bit to drill the hole and the rest went up beautifully.

Not "luxury" in terms of feel but very serviceable. Extremely easy to install once you understand how the clip works. Fit was great, added some insulation value and they are easy to move up and down/adjust (kinda magic!). It's been a few weeks with 9 windows. Shipping was fast and the company communicated the order status well. I'm happy.
The blinds themselves are amazing once installed. The light filtering blinds do as described and are easy to raise and lower to the desired position, both top and bottom. The blackout blinds let my wife and I sleep in even when the sun is brightly shining outside.
The only knock on the blinds is that they take a bit of effort to install. With both my ratcheting screwdriver and my drill, I had to be careful not to strip the screws. A few I had to switch from Phillips to flat bits, as the Phillips part was starting to strip. I even had to switch to a hex bit to catch the outside of one screw when I completely stripped.
Once they are installed though, they are definitely worthwhile. Maybe better quality screws in the future?

No problems. But the ones I ordered few years, I believe were better. The bottom was much heavier metal. But I still like them. Work geeat
Cell shades are good quality and easy to install. The only issue has been with the height of the blinds being 5" taller than what I ordered. This causes cells at the bottom of the shade not to expand to the same size as the upper shade. They have replaced them once, with the same issue. I am waiting for this still to be fixed.
Great price on woven wood blinds. They all fit perfectly and raise and lower nicely with no cords. We do have one of the 7 that we ordered that sits slightly unlevel when lifted. Will probably move that to another window that will stay down majority of time.

I surprised my wife with a beautiful custom made Roman shade for our kitchen and she absolutely loves it! The cor, texture, build quality and lifting mechanism. It replaced a 2" slat blind that was soooo heavy that she couldn't lift it to let adequate light in, but this new blind is so easy to lift up and pull down with no cables or rods! I highly recommend!

Experience was great. Quality was not. 2 out of 4 blinds I ordered do not work correctly. I didn't get them installed for several weeks after delivery so didn't file a complaint.
These shades were delivered on time, and the color, fit, ease of installation, and quality are all better than expected. I will order more for the bedroom
