I had a great ordering experience but one of the blinds came with the inside spring broken so the blind would never work. I called and emailed and uploaded a video and followed up again and to date I have never heard back from customer service. I'm a little disappointed considering I bought 13 blinds.
My interior designer recommended Select Blinds and I am very pleased with them. Order was correct and received fairly quickly. I couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance! Just recently place order for a shutter.
This the second time I've ordered from select blinds. I ordered two blinds and unfortunately one came broken but the process was easy to get another one. So now I'm waiting for it. Meanwhile I ordered another one for a kitchen window and soon to order a vertical one for my patio door. The price and quality are spot on. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

I've ordered from here a few times and the process is always smooth. My blinds come packaged, and assembled. The installation is fairly simple. Blinds are great.
The double cellular blinds have been great for our older windows in my office. It's a noticeable difference how much warmer the room stays. It's also great for blinding sunlight during the day, my desk is right in front of the window and it has been a huge help.
I am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the blinds, but I wish I'd added several inches to the height measurement. While the blinds I received are technically the correct length, they do not stay fully extended, and instead retract back up ~5" at the bottom.

My order included the new screw less installation method. I could not believe how easy it was to install my new window blind. It did not take more than a minute after the parts were removed from packaging. The blinds look and function like all my other blinds that were installed earlier and required the screws in installation. I could not have been more pleased or surprised as to how easy the process was!

Ordering the blinds was easy and the blinds are good quality, but the continuous cord loop makes a lot of noise when opening and closing the blinds. This is negatively impacting my whole experience. Now I have to consider the cost of reordering blinds without the continuous cord loop.

One of the spring mounts was missing the springs so the product could not be installed.
I really like the product except opening and closing the blind. I have bad shoulders and I can't reach the top without standing on a stoolretu
The Top-down Bottom-up blinds that we bought were easy to install and we are loving them. I love the fact that I can have the blind down from the top and I can see out into our beautiful Arizona landscape without feeling like I am being watched. I had to replace one blind out of 7 that we installed because of a flaw in the fabric and it was very easy and quick.
