Ordered 2 pairs of boots. (Took almost a month, which is what it would take to get from overseas but it does not show that on their website). A big part of why I ordered the boots online was because it stated the buyer only had to pay for shipping once. So I paid $25 for shipping. The didn't even come close to fitting and smelled of chemicals. I requested to send them back. They informed me I had to pay for shipping AGAIN. They will not stand behind what their website states. The boots did not look like what the pictures did either.
Poor quality and can't get my money back. I ordered several items in November, finally got them about two months later. All of the items were horrible quality and extremely under represented from the pictures. I sent them all back, and have yet to get my money back. I keep getting emails stating that they're going through financial difficulties, Chinese new year, etc. etc. I believe this is a fraudulent company. Do not get sucked in.
I ordered on 1/24/19 and still without my purchases. I believe, I have been BAMBOOZLED... I guess one day in 2020 they may arrive. I will just hope for the best.
Can't get ahold of anyone, can't cancel, false advertisement! Horrible place! Don't fall for this place, shop at a reputable company that you KNOW
I purchased 3 dresses and I only received 2. I've contacted customer service and twice a got a reply, but the last three times I've tried emailing them my emails come back as undeliverable. So I guess I'll never get my 3rd dress. The quality of the 2 dresses I got are cheesy one of the dresses has two pen marks on the fabric. This is the worst I've ever seen. The Lg size was like a size 2. I don't know how these people do business. Do not buy from this fony company. I would take a pic if then but I ended up giving them to my 9 year old niece to play in.
I ordered several things from this company. I paid for express service so I would have them for my vacation. I should have received them 6 days ago. I got nothing even though my account says its shipped. I cant get ahold of anyone. There website is a joke. Im out my money. Crooks!
I have ordered several things from this company Selaros and have not received them even though they say they have been shipped. I put a hold on my credit card so I will not be charged for anymore shipments. I believe I have been taken for a ride.
I have been trying to return a jacket that I paid over 63 dollars for and their website is horrible and dysfunctional
