11 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. Then the items labeled medium would not fit an xtra small, approximately 3 inches less across the shoulders than a medium. I asked for a refund- got a runaround but basically- forget it. I need to move on and accept that I made a mistake by falling for what appeared to be beautiful items. Money down the toilet. Here is a comparison of what I got and the photo of what I thought I was buying.
Every time before buying anything from online shopping i used to read reviews. But from here there is no need to read review you just buy there quality of product is great.
I can say great quality, good customer service, excellent evaluation and even fast shipping. The price is good compared to quality.
The order has not been delivered and updates are not available. This is a terrible place to shop and I would stay away from it. The feedback mechanism is terrible and I would recommend do not shop here...
I sent my 14th email to the company and told them over 900 people had read my negative review and requested my money back AGAIN. That was yesterday. Today, a refund for the remaining items that never shipped was deposited to my account. Imagine my surprise! That only took 4 months. I stand by my previous review. I will never buy from this company or any company associated with Orderplus Int'l again. The items I did receive were made from cheap fabric and on the small side. And I requested a refund at least 10 times when I realized the rest of my items would never arrive.
I placed my order for four items on January 19,2019. They happily charged my bank account for the full amount almost immediately. Weeks and several emails later, I received two of the items. Very cheap fabric and sizing off--too small. The other two items have not been shipped and I asked for a refund on February 23rd after 10 back and forth emails I have not received either the last two items or a credit to my account. Also, be aware that these are shipped and billed under Orderplus International Limited, not Selaros. I doubt that I will ever receive the remaining items or a refund.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering.
First - It took 5 - 6 weeks before I got my shipment.
Second - When package finally arrived, I eagerly tried everything on and NOTHING fits.
I guess garments are graded for the Asian woman. Not US as they have noted on their size chart.
Third - Their reimbursement for this was ridiculously low, it is not worth the effort. But I guess that this was their intention from the start. They have your money and you are left with useless garments.
Oh - I did have one thing that was OK. A necklace.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
The sizes are not true. Customer service is horrible! I did not receive my whole order. They sent me a shirt I did not order and claimed it as one I did. Just terrible. Worst experience I've had ordering online. Stay far away from this company!

The Shirts are very cheaply made, the sizes are not True, I wear a Large, I ordered an XL, and the sizes were more like a medium.
I returned it took almost 3 months to get refund, finally had to file dispute with paypal.
Selaros took my money and sent me clothes that were not as described on their website. I returned the items which cost me $30 because they are located in China and the company refused to refund my money!
Selaros never delivered one of the tops that I ordered. The tops that did arrive are extremely cheap and nothing like the pictures online. Do not order from this site
Very small. Medium wouldn't fit a child. Cheap shoddy fabric. When you return they will argue they didn't receive it. Hoping my credit card company will assist. Beware. Just evil scammers.
I payed them with my credit card. It took them over a month to deliver my items only half showed up in my mailbox... Bad Cheap Quality Items... Sizes not true to tag size. They leave no way to contact them there E -mail not real... no phone number. No way to return unwanted products... MADE IN CHINA SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA... All return address on front of bag says is CHINA
Ordered Items and then tried to cancel and they pull your money immediately which I now have been trying to get back for four weeks. These folks are off shore and criminals. You have so many options on shore or better vendors off shore - it is not worth the hassle. Would give zeros starts if possible. This is NOT worth the hassle and RISK - look at the number of negative reviews - I feel so stupid.
Items arrived with out info about returns. One item--the one I needed most--was listed as sent, but not in package. 4 or 5 attempts to make resolution. 4or 5 bounced e-mail messages. Impossible to reach Selaros. Msg. Went to shipping branch and I get messages that the address is wrong. I need to get in touch with someone who will help! BEWARE! DO NOT SEND YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. JUDITH W.
Very poor quality, an American medium is a 2XL in their clothing. When reading their positive reviews notice the misspellings and the sentence formation. Those reviews read like their own employees or family members, they sound Asian. Do not believe those reviews! This company is a scam. You are not able to speak to anyone and no one responds to emails. You are throwing your money away. This company is from Hong Cong, buy USA!
I have been trying for weeks now and can't get a resolution for my issue which is a return/ exchange. All I wanted was different sizes for the tops but they are still not resolving my issue. They tell you to go to selaros resolution center and there is no such place. Don't order from Selaros because if you have a issue it will never be resolved.
I ordered 4 tops in January. Finally received 3 of them in March after several inquiries with an email stating the 4th top was delayed. Never received it. Have been communicating with them and they are now stating that maybe my neighbors stole it. Awful awful awful. Never received an email stating the 4th top was shipped; received one re: the first shipment.
This company is a scam outfit! I purchased almost $100 from them. They never sent an itemized confirmation of sale. I had to write them in order to receive just a tracking number. The money was sent and they responded that all of the items that I ordered were not available and that they would refund me. Well, I never received the refund, they stated that their money was frozen. So, I am out 58.00! What I did receive was JUNK with no place to return it to! WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT BUY from THIS Company! THE other company that scammed me was BERRYLOOK. (Same situation!) BEWARE and don't order unless the company is a USA distributor!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. First 2 of the items were so small I could barely get them over my head although they were supposed to be Large. Then they claim you may make returns within 30 days but the customer has to pay for shipping, which is overseas. Because of the expense of that, they offer you a small amount and apologize. The waiting time to get a response is frustrating and I have yet to get the $12.00 they promised. I order many things on Amazon. I will never order from Selaros again.
