I have been charged sent a confirmation and shipping number, then it shipped to a completely different province no one answered me for a week from their customer support team, and then they said I didn't have a completed order even though they charged my credit card sent me a tracking number and it confirmed delivery to the wrong address which I submitted my correct home address. Complete scam and now no one is answering again! DO NOT ORDER
This company is like a total rip off! I have been trying to get my refund for three months. PLEASE BE AWARE! SCAM!
Do not order from this company, the products are CHEAP and I have been waiting on my refund for items that I returned to them back in April! BUYER BEWARE!
I bought multiple items from the woman's clothing line. Quality was awful. They looked cheap and dated. When returned in impeccable condition and original packaging, they answered that refund would be issued in a timely manner. It has been over 7 months and their las email was over 3 months ago asking me to wait for a few days more to solve my issue. Now I attempt to send them an email and they seem to be out of service, since emails are returned to me. NOT a trustable site. NOT recommended in any way.
They can't be reached, they haven't given me a refund or exchange they took my 58.99, its a crime the way they are doing business, this is america, we expect the best for our money. Please don't waste your money on this company that has fantastic artists( the clothes advertised are beautiful), but deceiving.
Ordered three blouses which arrived but were poor quality and much too small. After many emails got a return address. Sent proof of posting. They said they authorised a refund on 1st July but it is now 1st August and after 40 emails still no refund. They are untrustworthy scammers!
Never refunded me as promised- kept delaying apologizing for months, then told me the "6 month period has expired for a refund." I began asking for a refund for an order placed on 1/14/19 on 2/24/19 as I never got the merchandise!
I tried three hours after making payment, to contact the company. Their website does not work for contact or for cancelling the order. They never sent me any email to confirm the order. I sent them five different emails to their service email address requesting they cancel the order and refund my payment. They ignored everything I sent and processed the order anyway. Then they sent me email saying they sent it on one date and then another email that they sent it on another date! Criminals. Zero customer service. I will never buy from them again.

I bought this Maxi dress on a whim and was a little skeptical about it. But when I received and saw it I'm obsessed! What a beautiful dress. So flowy and comfortable too. It really suits me well. I know the reviews are very mixed so I hoped this helped you make a decision.

The wedge I ordered here is totally amazing
First I thought it couldn't fit because some of the online shop has a different size chart but I was amazed because it fits perfectly to me and the quality of the shoe is also good I'm not totally used for buying shoes online but I had to because of the picture sent to me by my friend coming from you and so I risk hahaha and the wedge came to me it was perfect! :) thank you.
Back in February I ordered 6 shirts. I carefully measured and went by the size chart for each shirt. 5 of the 6 came and all would have fit a child ( I ordered XI - 2x). When I emailed them I was told to keep them or mail them back - to CHINA with insurance. When I said that was not an option the only response I got was that they would refund me for the 1 shirt I did not receive. That was over 3 months ago. Weekly I have sent inquiries asking where the refund is. They tell me they did it but my bank and credit card have no such refund. I have asked for proof of it being sent and they keep telling me to wait. This company is a SCAM. I am now very weary about online shopping.

I ordered a pair of shoes almost 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. The customer service captcha on their website doesn't work so I can't contact them for more information. I do not recommend or trust this company and regret my purchase.
