Stole my money and did not get me access to site. I asked for refund and was ignored. I had to cancel my credit card per my bank advice.

I used the service for some days, was not happy with it, cancelled it and requested a partial refund. It was denied and no other option was given to me.
Nothing was resolved, emails wouldn't go through due to the inbox being "too full". Money has been stolen out of my account by your clients and there has been absolutely nothing done to rectify the situation. As a result, I have had to close my account and spend more money opening a new one.

In the email you sent me as a proof you leaked my $#*!ing password which means you have access to it which means you literally violated the RGPD laws.
Now the whole $#*!ing world knows my password and i have to change it everywhere.

I have not had my charges reversed. I did not approve this charge.
I had an accidental charge for a service I didn't want, plus a larger charge for a service that was defective. In both cases, Segpay took care of the problem with NO hassle!

I asked for money back on something I cancelled and got charged for and the money was returned within a business day.
