I blocked my debit card from this website, I CANCELLED my subscription and STILL was charged 19,99€. I sent even four (4) screenshots and still the staff didn't want to cancel my subscription.

Was unable to resolve the issue

The funds are taken off my bank account and it's been more than 2-3 working days and not yet returned which makes it clear that the merchant has taken the payment successfully. But your team says the payment is declined. I have evidence that the payment was successful which is not being considered. Not going to use your services anymore in the future

My real review it will be in public for many people because you make me suffer by your mistakes not mine $#*!es, how dare touch other people money in account and ask them waiting 5-7 days to refound them?
