My bank froze my card for two days because of you guys. It was flagged as suspect for fraud. I asked for compensation from you guys. Nothing. I was ignored. This was supposed to be private purchase that wouldn't let anyone in my small community know I was buying dating app subscription. Now my whole small town knows that I'm a lonely loser that has to use a dating service.
Cannot buy through PayPal. Webpage says it's PayPal, PayPal says its Segpay. Meanwhile I can't do anything.

I was rebilled for a site that I cancelled immediately. What kind of scam are you running? Never again. It was a hassle to get my credit.
After I emailed to Segpay about my trouble, I also contacted with x-art support by email about the trouble. Then they also sent me an email saying they resetted my account. So now I can access the site again and my problem has been completely resolved. Thank you very much.

The website has numerous prompts regarding re-activating my account, however I am told by Segpay that this is no longer possible. I was a 'platinum' member and simply creating another account means that I lose all my previous benefits.
Unfortunately both Visa and Mastercard rate transactions with your platform as sensitive and suspicious.
That using your platform to make a payment, results in providers cancelling cards automatically is a challenging lesson to learn.
This one even more so as I was travelled right after and doing so with out credit coverage was a life challenge.
I contacted Segpay by email (as whished in the confirmation of termination) since I can still access the site although my subscription has expired. Unfortunately the answer I got ("Upon checking here on our records, you can't access the site anymore since it is expired already dated xx/xx/2024. You need to sign up again for a new one.") proves that my point wasn't understood.
Good thing is: good ways to contact and fast reply.
I asked for an explanation and refund of PayPal charges for the benefit of their customer unknown to me. I was only provided with their customer's name and contract number without the slightest control on their part
