Hello. I have not been able to access your werbsite for several weeks. On my than one ocassion I have Isent a screenshot to your customer service showing that my membership has been cancelled and I cannot log in. You keep telling me that I have an active membership but it is obvious that I DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP! Please reimburse me for the last payment that you have debited from my credit card, since I am blocked from using your site for many weeks. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DEBIT MY CREDIT CARD! I am sending a copy of this email to my credit card company, as this is criminal, unauthorized activity.
My membership wasnt cancelled as i have been told from your Agent. Now ive Seen that i payed for 4 more months and wasnt even able to use that membership because i thought your Agent cancelled IT.

I signed up for 1 month and got a e-mail the next day saying it was reacuring well that was not right so i sent a e-mail explaining it and got a reply with in minetes say it was not going to happen (so it was one off payment) thank you
Fast transactions and quick helpdesk response. The site I just subscribed was unsatisying though cause I didn't know they don't allow downloads anymore even to members.

My American bank refused to authorize payments to the site, so I used my Brazilian bank account and the transaction was processed normally.

I had to contact Segpay when I was charged for 2 subscriptions having only, conciously, subscribed for one and I could not access the site I wanted to with my login credentials. So, I requested that both the subscriptions be cancelled. The response from Segpay was very prompt but originally just said that the credentials worked OK. I advised again that I did not want one of the subscriptions at all and that following poor experience I wanted them both cancelled. Cancellation was made but the charge for £18 was maintained so I paid for something I didn't want and never used. Not a good experiance
In the faq section your site says that you accept prepaid visa and Mastercard, and that if it is declined then I can contact customer service for a reason for the decline. When I contacted customer service I was told to use a normal debit card. I want to use the prepaid card I purchased specifically for the purpose of buying credits on your service.
I asked you to cancel my "free period" membership and was asked to provide details of my e-mail address, my bank card, and any references I had received when starting my membership. I had to provide the latter details twice and asked for confirmation that my short-term membership had now been cancelled. I received no such assurance/confirmation (so far) but was asked to rate the quality of service. What service? I'm still waiting for you to confirm my account is closed.
