The person handling my case just sent an email stating that my subscription was canceled and that's why I could not use my account when my problem was the payment being canceled/how to get my payment to go through to be able to access my account. They did not provide any details on why or how to fix it. Therefore, I still have the same issue.

Reason I'm not happy is when I went to purchase something it came back to call number back on back of card I call them they tell me problems with merchant that I have the funds and to try again I tried again several different times and still could not purchase and said same thing to call number on back of card and someone with custermor did try to help but issue was never fixed it was for the amount of 14.99
