During my using of web site i had some experience and was necessary to get help from Segpay Customer Dep. I infact lost my access personal details that customer desk provided back without any loosing time. It was not simple I guss because it was not clear to which web site I was reffering to but they reply me with right info. This was an help to my as I have different subscriptions therefore sometime it difficoult to avoid confusion

After an half hour of subscribing to a service I was unable to log in and requested canceling the service. Customer service helped me immediately.
I requested the cancellation of my subscription taken out with a site. My request was processed quickly and I received a clear and complete response on the processing of my request. Then I requested confirmation of this cancellation. Here too, I was quickly answered and reassured that my bank account would no longer be debited. I was very reassured. Thank you!
Scam artists. They want a screen shot of cancellation. Who does that? Look in your records and cancel the account.
Tried canceling a subscription and after having to chase these guys they did it but only partially and I noticed a smaller subscription continued.
Contacted them again and told them and shared the only details I had from them for a subscription and they claimed everything is cancelled. It isn't. Forced to cancel my credit card as they don't even answer emails now.

Waste of time. Wou wouldn't accept any of my forms of payment. I use my cash app card. Wouldn't work. Then I went and bought a Visa gift card. And that wouldn't work either. So I couldn't use the service at all
