I originally reached out to Segway so that I could reverse a payment because I was charged twice. I emailed the person assigned to my case back explaining the situation and even offering to provide a photo of my statement to show that I was charged twice for the services that you guys provided. I have not heard back and this situation stands unresolved. I would love to keep my services, but I don't believe that I need to have multiple charges on my account.
I was really looking forward to seeing the girl on here but the calls were terrible and I was charged for it and calls I couldn't make! I ended my subscription with you guys!
