Rebilled a subscription I thought was cancelled during at what has been a very difficult time for me, as it has been for many people. When I brought this to their attention and requested a refund, they responded with indifference.

Have no idea why you charged me $29.99. What is this all about?
Within 30 minutes I realized that the site I selected was wrong for me.
I contacted Segpay and was turned down even though I explained that I like younger models and many picture sets.
It seemed to fall fall on deaf ears.
There rules apparently have no room for change.
About 18 months ago I did run into a similar situation with Epoch, they politely listened to me and connected to a site of my choosing.

I would never knowingly use a website that billed through Segpay. I have a dispute that has not been resolved even though I sent them a copy of an email I got confirming my account was closed yet they billed me for three more months. I didn't find out until recently because I was in the hospital. But so far, they are only acknowledging and refunding me for one. I am definitely going to pursue legal action and file a fraud report with both the local authorities and my bank.

Sometimes complicated with numbers and usernames revealed, these should be written down immediately or chaos results?
My request for a refund was handled professionally, quickly, and very kind. If I have to use them again in the future, I will.

These guys straight up take your money without authorization and refuse to respond to the dispute claim. DO NOT TRUST THEM. These guys took $65 CAD off of me.
Last month there was a complete MISUNDERSTANDING on my behalf in which I took full responsibility for is per message to SB. That resulted in my back refunding my last pay of $169.00 on April 15th. I reached out to SB to resolve the matter and was sent a message that I was reinstated. When trying to make a payment to SEGPAY there was a BLOCK to receive payment.
