Segpay did a great job and was very effective getting me a refund for unauthorized purchases. I didn't realize I had been getting billed for the past several months on a subscription that wasn't verified. I emailed them and in less than a week was able to receive a partial refund. Thanks ya'll
You didnt do what I asked. I asked to cancel my subscription and that didnt happen. You took the money anyway and now, because of your horrible service, I owe more money now. Thanks for that.

I reached out to the company about wanting to cancel my subscription and they wrote back pretty quickly confirming that they canceled it for me. I then just wanted to double check some information so I re-emailed them and they confirmed what I thought and were very pleasant. The whole experience from start to finish was very simple.
