Unauthorized Purchase Refund

Segpay did a great job and was very effective getting me a refund for unauthorized purchases. I didn't realize I had been getting billed for the past several months on a subscription that wasn't verified. I emailed them and in less than a week was able to receive a partial refund. Thanks ya'll

Easy process

I reached out to the company about wanting to cancel my subscription and they wrote back pretty quickly confirming that they canceled it for me. I then just wanted to double check some information so I re-emailed them and they confirmed what I thought and were very pleasant. The whole experience from start to finish was very simple.

Tried to load eSim with code and QR. Neither worked as I received a message that the code was already in use. Needless to say, I have no eSim from this company. Tried to email and received a message that the URL did not exist. I will place a dispute with my credit card company
