Everything worked as advertised. We are having a slight problem with one of the cameras (PTZ) we attached to the DVR we purchased but we are working through it.

Overall experience was excellent. The only issue that caused concern was that I paid by paypal and got a receipt from paypal but no real acknowledgement from you. It left me worried that my order didn't go thru.
