Nice website with good information and product demo video. Order shipped quickly and well packaged to avoid damage to fragile electronics in transit. Called the support group (as I am not a network engineer), and they walked through the camera set up. Support very responsive and knowledgeable.

Good product easy to connect but the tech support needs to be improved communication,only via email takes too long to get issues taken care of, need a phone number to be able to communicate with tech support.

We are still in the process of installing our 24 camera system, but I have extremely pleased with the prices and technical support I have been given. The new cameras and NVR are a significant upgrade from what we had. The dome camera running through our 64 camera NVR is absolutely amazing! It sees everything within a 360 radius and allows a tremendous amount of flexibility in viewing. The only minor glitch I encountered was my fault: I ordered several of the pre-made 100 foot Ethernet cables and they all work fine except the ones that I cut in half and put new RJ45 connectors on. The wire in the pre-made cables is lighter than regular cat 5e and it is very difficult to put a new end on and get it to work. Bottom line is, don't try to cut the cables, just leave the excess coiled out of sight.

Overall it was good. Have done business in the past with them so I wasn't expecting anything but top notch service.
DVR appears to be great compared to my previous Swann. It had a couple issues with random reboots the first two days, but has not done it since.
Security Camera King did a great job with my orders in the past, and will shop with them again in the future.
