Ive been using secret sales for about 11 months now and was told by my boss about it. As everyone else is, i was dubious as to wether this was a genuine site selling real goods as it is hard to come by now adays but now 11 months on and literally loads of purchases later i can honestly say it is a great company selling great products. I have even had scenarios when i have needed to speak to customer services and they are fantastic at responding and i havent had a negative experience with them to date. Im shocked at some of these reviews on this site and really believe me when i tell u the company is really good. Hopefully this helps anyone who is considering using the website... happy purchasing.

I chose to return one of the items that they sent me and a few months later the money still haven't been returned! So I contacted them and they said that they need tracking number, because they couldn't find it in the warehouse and they can't do anything without that. I hadn't kept number, so there's £30 gone!

If want some hassle and you are looking forward to conversations with customer service then by all means buy from them!

Amazing Sales and Amazing customer Service!.
Secret Sales is one of the most addictive shopping websites around!.
They have great designer sales and good with the season as well.
And some of the sales on the website is still full price at normal retailers its Brilliant. But what makes me keep wanting to come back is their customer service... They treat their customers really well. And they really go that extra mile for the customer. I have never had any problems with any of their staff. They infact have all been really friendly and helpful... and if you have any problems they solve it withing few hours which is great.

Terrible customer service, they kept hanging up on me when i tried to call regarding my order and fed me nonsense excuses. Held my money and never delivered when they stated. Also the courier company said they tried delivering twice to my work place where i MYSELF accept all incoming mail and deliveries and they never showed so their courier drivers are lying about attempting delivery.

In conclusion secretsales.com is a fancy site with a complete AMATEUR running it in the background. I own and run several websites and this secret sales site is a complete headache to deal with! They also hold your money until you receive goods which could take up to 2 months to deliver! AVOID USING THIS SITE!

I bought a pair of Red Valentino ankle boots and they were listed as 63% off £560, so £210. But after I had purchased them I checked the Valentino website and the same boots were actually £320, so i was getting closer to 30% off, a big difference. I queried it with the customer services and their response was this is what our buyers said it is worth, so clearly their buyers didn't look at the official Red Valentino website. Or it's not an authentic Red Valentino boot and their suppliers lied.

They lie about their pricing to make it seem like you are getting a really good deal. I've launched a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority because it's clearly misleading advertising and I have the screen shots to prove it.

BEWARE!

Ordered an iPad case which apparently cost £59 from I gadgetry they were selling them for £16 plus £4.95 p&p seemed like a great bargain what I received was a piece of junk I could have picked up at a market stall for about £2 no way had that ever cost £15 never mind £59 they claimed it was worth I emailed my complaint right away still waiting for them to get in touch I now have to pay recorded delivery to send this piece of junk back never again!

Secret sales, in my opinion, is a great way to shop for many reasons. From my experience
(a) great price reductions
(b) reminder emails so I never miss the designers I really want
(c) good returns; quick and easy... Simply tick the box for whichever reason and send back and refund administered very promptly
(d) an ever increasing range of brands to suit a wider and more diverse clientele.
I would highly recommend this site to all my friends and family.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY!

- LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS: The products seemed old and worn out. The pair of shoes that I ordered were scratched and the leather seemed to be peeling away. Very different from what was being sold in the photos.
- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: My delivery took ages (3 months precisely). I contacted them initially to ask when my product was going to be delivered as the indication was that it would take 3-4 weeks. I received a standard reply saying that the deliveries generally take time. They didn't have the decency to tell me that my delivery was going to be delayed and there was no apology. The reply clearly showed that they didn't give a damn. I contacted them again to complain about the quality of the products and again, they were very incompetent and show absolutely no consideration for the customer.
- BEWARE OF THE PRODUCTS: I actually came to know from someone working there that many of the brands sold on secretsales don't actually exist. The company invents brands and designers, make them appear expensive, and then get the products manufactured in India at very low cost. So if you think you are getting a big discount from them, it's actually a big scam. In order to get people interested, they feature some of the famous brands to create the hype but...(see my next point)
- DON'T BE MISLED: The big brands featured are only there to create a big hype (E.g. Chanel Vintage, Rolex watches etc). There will typically be one or two items available to buy while the rest of the products will be marked as SOLD OUT or IN ANOTHER BASKET. This is all FAKE as these products are neither SOLD OUT or IN ANOTHER BASKET but just another ruse to fool the customer. I know that many of these big brands have refused to work with secretsales already so who knows whether these products are actually legit or fake. Anyway well done secretsales but you ain't fooling me.

All in all, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They just want to rip off customers and should be closed down.
