The Secretsales website is brilliant, it's like one of the top department stores but online where you can buy the latest brand name products at great discounted prices but without all the crowds. The website is so easy to use and the payment system is quick and simple, and once you've placed your order you are kept up to date on its progress and delivery is prompt and within the estimated dates given. They also have a regular email newsletter that keeps you updated on the latest sales and a good loyalty rewards scheme where you earn points on everything you buy. Also, whenever I've needed to speak to their customer services team they've always been great. Needless to say I'm a regular customer and have been for several years now. The only thing I would get them to change would be their returns service and offer the Collect+ service or something similar instead of having to use the normal postal service.

We all love good quality clothes but will baulk at paying over the odds just for a 'name'. Secret Sales lets you get quality items at reasonable prices. There is a wide range of products so there is always something of interest. Stocking up for Christmas presents is great. I have been using the site for several years and will continue to do so. The only thing I would like to enhance the service would be to use a local Drop & Collect system for returns rather than posting.

H I spoke to your customer sales and was told I would get a call back that afternoon, PROMISED! Nothing and its two days ago, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG with your customer service, My watch lay around at your office as the paper work was lost, I called in mid-October chasing after waiting 6 weeks, now I find out that its only just been sent off, and it may not get to me before I leave the UK.

You wont let me chase the repair company?
I have never heard of a watch repairer taking 6 weeks, if I had known this I would have paid for it locally to have been done, which I can get in three days.

Perhaps you would have the decency to ring the repair company have them Fed Ex back to you and on to me, happy for you to use my Fed EX account and I will pay for.

This was a birthday present given to my Fiancée on 7th August, she would like to have it back working. Surely your repair company will return it if we arrange fed ex, and I will deal with the repair…

You have a good product, but you will lose your business with customer sales like this, I can guarantee that!

I have used Secret Sales on a number of occasions to buy high end clothing from men's and womenswear as well as children's sections. I have also purchased cosmetics and homeware. The discounts offered represent good value with the odd bargain depending on size availability. The only slight downside is that products often take up to 14 days to arrive and are not grouped together so if you are needing an item quickly say as a present it's worth checking out the delivery date as there is no indication until after purchase that a 14 day turnaround may be likely.

Affordable style, enjoyable experience, happy customer

I love Secretsales - its so easy to use and I have great fun browsing, there is so much choice and so many bargains - a shoppers paradise. I've bought gifts for all the family, for my teenage grandson to my adult son who love the clothes and accessories, for household goods that add style to my home and of course I've bought lots of beautiful designer wear for me at prices I can afford.

Polite, conscientious and speedy customer service.

Secret sales have consistently provided high quality good and services to me. On the two occasions out of around perhaps 30 purchases where there has been a problem they have resolved it immediately with minimum fuss ensuring I feel a valued customer. I cannot fault them in the slightest. I have b=never even had to chase them up, they have done all the leg work to ensure I remain happy. Brilliant!

I really like shopping on Secretsales. I almost visit the website of Secretasles every day. Usually, I can find some surprises. Secretsales not only provides nice products but also provides satisfactory prices. Not long ago, I met some problems with my order. I emailed to Secretsales and the Service Team replied to me in a very short period time. They were willing to help me solve the problems and I was really satisfied with their services.

I hate shopping around for deals in discount outlets so I'm so happy discovered Secret Sales, It's stress free bargain hunting at it best because the bargains come to you! I live in a very rural area in Ireland so have to travel quite a distance to shop, and living in Ireland also means we don't have some of the labels available on Secret Sales over here. I have found their customer service team very helpful and haven't had to wait too long for a reply from them. They also have a good loyalty points scheme.

My orders have arrived packaged very carefully and in perfect condition, I cannot recommend Secret Sales enough. Couldn't ask for more.
