I bought tickets game day and got great seats at a reasonable price to Canucks - Lightning. Took NHL newbies.
Very difficult to purchase because of previous purchase and ridiculous requirement that I log in again. Just let the customer buy the tickets selected.
It was easy to navigate thru and gave many options. The tickets were delivered fast and the stickers were easy to download.
I went online for tickets but did not purchase right away. I got an email about the event I was interested in. When I opened the link on my phone through email, that directed me to the site, I found different tickets and prices listed on the moble site that were not on the website from my computer. Also some tickets on your website said they were available, but actually were not available. In addition, I am finding new tickets and prices daily that were a better deal then the tickets I bought. Knowing this now, I should have waited to purchase. I may use you again but it would be nice to have consistiancy between moble and desktop. Your fees seems to lower then competitors which is great.

It's hard to say exactly why you'd see different prices on mobile vs. the web, but usually that's just a matter of the fees being turned on for one and not the other. If you run into that issue again, just make sure you've got that fee filter toggled either on or off for both. If you're still seeing a discrepancy in prices, let our support team know so we can look into it.
Keep in mind, any event will have tens or hundreds of sellers listing inventory at the same time--since SeatGeek is a secondary market, the inventory and the prices of that inventory can vary minute-to-minute, and there's no real way to predict fluctuation. We definitely encourage tracking events you're interested in to see if tickets prices start dropping or going up, and keeping an eye on the Deal Scores assigned to the listings to try to snag the best price!

We ordered Tickets over 2 Weeks before the date of the play. We were sent an email stating that the tickets we purchased were not available, you were going to replace them with similar seats and I was to respond to the email if this was OK which I did. I sent another email to customer service looking for the new tickets and when they would be sent but got no response. We then called directly and finally found out that the tickets were never sent and they are going to overnight to us, which became a problem as there was no one here to sign for them. Overall I wanted to give SeatGeek a shot as we normally use Stub Hub, I will go back to Stub Hub - Never had a problem with them.

When orders are placed through a third-party outside of SeatGeek, SeatGeek does not have fulfillment information, so unfortunately our team wasn't aware of this issue.

From finding the event, to getting the seats you recommended to getting the tickets by e-mail, EVERYTHING went without a single glitch.
The only recommendation would be to have virtual views of seats that you are choosing through an interactive map.

Easy to purchase tickets but they are all digital. I would like to have had the option of a printed ticket stub.
Ive used seat geek for awhile now. The site is super easy to use, never had problems. Overall I use this site more then other sites because of the option to see ticket price with fees. You know what your paying before clicking purchase.
The only one complain are on my recent tickets, I wish I new where exactly my seats where located instead of just given the row.
