Title says it all. I never have any trouble finding tickets when I need them. Very simple to pull up my team and search by price range and date.
I purchased a ticket for the tour championship and bought the wrong date. In less then 5 minutes I saw my mistake and called. I was told all sales are final can they couldn't switch the date. I wasn't asking for a refund only to change the date when I ask to speak to a supervisor they refused. When I insisted they told me there was no need that she would tell me the same thing. I will never use this site again and I suggest anyone that does do so at there on risk..
App is very easy to navigate and use to purchase tickets. Search feature is also expansive. No complaints with the app after a few weeks of use.

However, when buying from a 3rd party... such as using Fanxchange - it can be tough as Ticket master is extremely difficult to understand.
I sold a pair of tickets on friday and still have not gotten the funds added to my account, Ive tried calling and tried troubleshooting all the ways listed for me but still have no solution. I just want my $ and dont know if Ill ever get it
No way to correct mistake even though i noticed it immediately. Seat Geek said list the tickets you just bought. Gee thanks more $$$ for you to relist a mistake.

I like the straightforward process of buying tickets on SeatGeek. The ease of finding the seat that you want. Also the ability to resell your tickets if needed. I also find the prices fairly reasonable. I'm a fan!

Never having ordered from this website- (and never will again). Our seat value is 99.50 our daughter paid approximately 230 each for these tickets. A gift from our daughter who honestly didn't know better. I printed the tickets out tonight for our Saturday concert. Think there is a calculated reason you are not allowed to print them until 48 hours before? Despicable.
As for your reply Seat Geek of how you have little control, etc. The ticket prices were $165 and she was charged $230. Right, your additional fee is totally fair! No need to spend another minute on this -

Since SeatGeek is a secondary ticket market, so listings you see on the site are made up of tickets that are being resold after they've been purchased from a box office/primary ticket source. In regards to the dollar amount listed on the ticket--secondary market ticket prices fluctuate far more than primary market ticket prices. They can often fall below face value, but on the flip side, if primary market tickets are underpriced or hard to get, secondary market tickets prices often cost more than face value.
SeatGeek doesn't control the pricing or demand of tickets over time, but we do our best to let our buyers know which deals are considered "Amazing," "Good," or in some cases "Bad," based on historical data. Recommended I sell my useless tickets that where for a non existent event anymore. Support is awful and took 45 mins to tell me there's no option for a refund

When games are relocated, we have to wait for an official announcement from the team regarding how tickets will be re-issued or honored for future games before we can process refunds for the game. As soon as the Marlins and Brewers make their announcement of how fans in Miami can refund or exchange tickets for this series, we'll be able to move forward with refunds, etc. as well.

Got a great deal on some MLB tickets, no hassle! I will absolutely use SeatGeek next time I need tickets.
I called the 1-800 number to get some questions about some tickets i bought (3 days before) for a dodger game prior to 3 hours before the game started, they were helpful in all they knew, but didnt get a definitive answer at the end. I had to call the stadium myself. Its was fine that i went and did that but i think if someone didnt know how to find out the number(s) to call they wouldn't find an answer to there question.
