I placed my order on May 31,2020 and have not yet received my car cover. I attempted multiple times to get through to customer service but after holding for 30 min I get disconnected each time. I got through via the chat function and was told there would be a follow up in 24 to 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago and there has been no response.
I finally received my cover and it ripped in less than 2 wks.
I wish I had waited on my order. I sold the car the day before it arrived. Still new in the bag.
I have not received my cover
My order was received, weeks after it was placed and was the wrong item. I had to ship it back before the correct item was reshipped. Now, it has been over a month since you have received the item I sent back and you still haven't sent my correct item. Your customer service keeps promising me the problem is resolved and that they will resend a new tracking number and that the item will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. It never happens. There are dozens of reports to the BBB that are almost identical to my situation. They give you a C but also state that you are not accredited by them. I am very upset with your company and, as of now, would not recommend you to anyone.
I think I bought from you once and it didn't last 10 years. Maybe half that. However it was better than the sharkskin. Maybe your better now
Therefore the last warranty through you really hasn't been honoured. We'll see how this goes.

Not sure if we got the right size for our boat. Seems to be a lot of extra material front and back. Right now we're just cranking down our straps. We gave the exact size and model of our boat when we ordered.
It fits very well. I wish the bag was bigger. In order to fold it to fit in the bag, I have to lay it on the ground/floor. It the picks up dirt, stones, dust etc. So when I put the cover back on it is dirty. I dont want to scratch the car. Otherwise I am happy with it.

Easy site great prices recommended from a neighbor. Although the cover came shipped the wrong color. I ordered teal and a grayish color arrived. The fit was ok not great but overall still pleased with my purchase. Covers the whole boat. Wish the clips were a bit stonger as everytime it rains the cover fills and pops the clips off. Still beats the thousands of dollars you could spend on a custom cover!
