If there was a choice for no star that would be my pick. So I received my car cover was so excited to put it on and come to find out it didn't fit. Even though it said fits your vehicle so I contacted them they gave me a return label and who to ship it back to. Weeks went by a month went by still no word. Never buying from them again worst experience ever.

My Sealskin cover didn't even last one season outside. I live in CO and my cover is already faded and a section of it is missing. I submitted a claim for it and was told it was approved but would need to wait for the replacement (I understand production times with COVID). After waiting past the eta they gave me, I tried to reach out several times before they would respond. Once they finally responded they wanted me to submit all the information again, pay for shipping, ship my old cover back & wait for the replacement. Right now I have my cover duct taped together to protect my car and now they want me to be without a cover for weeks. FYI: I even sent them pictures. The cover also leaves a white film on the car evetime I take it off. Save your money and buy from some else.
You sent me the wrong cover, I ordered a cover for my 1971 VW Bus, the one you sent barely covers the windshield when stretched from back to front. This is the third cover I have ordered in the last year (1st from sealskin). The first one came with 10 year warranty, it fell apart into a shredded mess in 4 months, I contacted the company and they told me they had no record of my order and hung up! The second one was for a Chevy Suburban and fit like a queen size sheet on a twin bed, I returned it and never heard from them again, so I bought into your hype and what I received was a cover that's 3 feet short of reaching the bumper, It fits like a twin size sheet on a queen size bed. I've given up and have settled for a bus that's 3/4 covered. When I sent you a message in early September with my concerns...you didn't respond either.

Update: Seems to be a good quality product so far, - no instructions were included (I know it's just a boat cover) figuring out the proper way to set up straps can take some figuring out. No product logo or company name on product, tags, or packaging - just country of origin? Can we be sure we are getting a true "Seal Skin" cover or is it just one they ordered from a 3rd party? - I have no way of knowing for sure - Why pay more for the name?
Cover didn't fit. Wasn't made for my car like they said it would fit perfectly. And had a hard time with customer service. They said if I returned it there would be a stocking fee. Gave the cover to a friend. And went with a more reliable source for my cover. Won't be referring it to any one else.
Love your covers. I have one for my Harley and now one for my Ducati. The quality, strength and fit are really great. An extra set of grommets would be good when on a trailer.
