I ordered a specific cover for a brand new 2020 Hewescraft Sportsman 18 as listed in their web site. It is about 2 ft. Short to fit properly, it doesn't fit over the engine, and after 1st rain it leaks water. After many back and forth, they finally agreed to exchange it. During the process, I googled the Better Business Bureau and found they had 163 complaints in just the last 3 months. Several people said on reviews and complaints that they sent the cover back then heard nothing. So I asked sealskin about this and the cut off all communications. Next time I buy something, I will be sure to read all reviews and BBB.
Very easy ordering. I've had several covers over the years, hope this is a good one. That was my comment before I received my first cover that fit absolutely horrible. Took several emails and several calls to finally get the ball rolling. The cover I have now does fit much better, but the customer service part definitely needs much improvement.
Had what i wanted and i bought it
After waiting two months for a warranty replacement cover, I am now told I have to pay $35 and ship back the old cover before a new cover will be shipped to me.
My cover ripped in less than a year and I was given replacement approval two months ago, never any word about my shipping back the old cover or paying more money, until now. Not happy!

Cheap Chinese made product. Had I known it was made in china, I would not have bothered. Outboard cover for 150 HP Yamaha too small. Boat cover for my *******. 00 dollar boat didn't survive the first rain/snow event. See picture. The support system might work for a dingy - maybe. Not worth the money spent! I am the CEO of ABTG GLOBAL in Anchorage Alaska. Get your boat shrink wrapped and avoid this boat cover unless you just want to throw money away! From this day forward if it doesn't say Made in the U.S. A - I will not buy it.
