I've been looking for a quality cover for my 2019 Audi RS3.
And a company that backs their product and has excellent customer service.
No hassles, no head games.
A company that will go above and beyond for their customers.
Customer satisfaction, means great referrals and repeat buisness.
Sealskin came highly recommended.
As I've had trouble with car covers in the past with the fleece deteriorating and leaving fine dust all over my M240i BMW and my Audi RS3.
The companies were less than cooperative in replacing their covers, so I will never do buisness with them again, or recommend them to anyone.
They should of done the right thing and replaced my covers.
Customer service doesn't end once you sell your product, you won't stay in buisness very long with disgruntled customers.

The Seal skin cover is wonderful and performs as advertised. However, trying to find out the shipping delay and expected delivery date was a nightmare. After not receiving it for two weeks I tried to call and find out the problem. It was difficult trying to speak with someone and then to get a straight answer. I did not receive this order for five weeks from order date and this was never actually told to me. I never had any idea when I would receive the cover. Customer service needs to be improved with better follow up as to delivery time and shipping delay.

Great order process. Very easy to choose the right cover for my boat. I'll rate the cover and delivery time when it arrives.

Well, it arrived. Wrong covers for both the boat and outboard motor. The boat cover was supposed to accommodate a left side mounted trolling motor but the cover had no accommodations for that motor. I ordered an outboard motor cover for a 90 hp motor and received an outboard cover for a 5 hp motor. I contacted customer service. They are checking into the boat cover that was to also cover the trolling motor and on the outboard cover, they claim because I didn't catch their error in the order confirmation it's my fault and I have to pay the shipping to return the wrong part. My suggestion for a future customers contact customer service before you order anything and if the person you're talking to doesn't speak proper English then don't buy there.

Great service and great price but The car cover developed holes in 3 different places. I contacted the company and was told that They would need to have my cover returned to them for inspection and pay a $35 fee for shipping. Since I cannot return the cover due to the fact my vehicles sits outside and needs the protection. Also Seal Coat covers told me it would take 2-3 weeks for the issue to be resolved. Totally unacceptable so I will keep the cove and patch the holes. This is their warranty which if I had known I would not have purchased this item. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
