My order was processed quickly and I love the cover, completely waterproof and easily cover my bass oat from the motor to the bow with leftover room. It is wide enough to accommodate the beam and a ways down the sides to ensure complete protection. Fitting is not that good. The front or rear is not labeled and it doesn't have mirror pockets to know which end goes where. There no pocket for the antenna so I have to guess and cut a hole and hope I got it right, I just took the antenna off. The instructions are useless. There a string with a patch to put where you cut a hole for the antenna, what is that for? The universal cover I had before fit better because of the mirror pockets.

I want to share a very important caution to all my car friends out there to steer clear of a company called Seal Skin Covers car covers. They are, what seems to be, a huge fat hoax. They claim to sell custom car covers, made of breathable fabric... but instead what you receive is some vinyl piece of junk. They claim to have a 100% money-back guarantee. What they don't mention is the 20% restocking fee to "clean it and resell." Doesn't sound like a 100% money-back to me... When I voiced my consternation about the differences between what they claimed to sell on their website vs what I received they claimed it was "because the pictures online are zoomed in on the fabric"
The pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT, I repeat, D-O N-O-T, buy car covers from this company! You will be disappointed and frustrated.
Oh, and their fine print reads they sell "semi-custom" covers. They are just a standard size... not specific to any car. So, just more lies.

Website covered most of the information I was looking for. A quick online chat made up the rest. Ordering was quick and easy. My older pickup was still provided for.

The replacement cover did arrive. It took quite a while to finally get someone to respond to us after originally returned the original. The replacement cover is not quite the same as the original. It is of a different material and lighter gauge.
When it was received it was stuck together like a ball of suran wrap. We finally got it layed out and put on the boat, I just hope it holds up.

Order received but boat cover was 2 ft too long.
After returning it, it took weeks to be shipped the correct size, but it does fit.
Ordering and delivery was great but the cover is already deteriorating at each contour it covers on the car I'm covering.
Contacted Seal Skin June 29,2020 about a warranty replacement for my boat cover. They responded in a few days indicating my warranty had been approved and provided instructions on the process. I provided the necessary information and was told my replacement cover would be shipped mid-August. I early September I contacted Seal Skin asking for a status as I had not received my cover. They said I needed to pay the warranty processing fee, verify my address, and verify the SKU number, which I did. I received a follow-up e-mail on Sept. 4th indicating that my cover would be shipped within 72 hours and that I should receive it in 4-8 days. I sent follow up e-mails on Sep. 25th and Oct. 4th asking for a status update as I had not received a cover. Did not get any response. I called their customer service number on Oct. 13th. After waiting for 30 minutes to get an agent, they did acknowledge that they had a cover in stock and would ship it out asap. I eventually received my cover on Oct 21,2020, nearly 4 months after my first contact. They were very good about approving my warranty replacement but their product delivery was very slow. Not sure if I will do business with them again. Their products are good but customer service for warranty issues need to significantly improve.
