Already has some wear from the wind and sun. Too large for scooter model. But certainly better quality from what I ordered on Amazon.
I never received my order called several times was told give it more time. After almost two months of still not receiving my product I cancelled the order. No one apologized or even tried to fix the situation I said I need to cancel because it's been almost two months the person said okay and that was all. After 7 days still didn't receive the refund they had to do it again. Very disappointed because they look like they have very good covers.
Bought a pontoon boat cover in May. Arrived on time and undamaged. Then the problems began. From buckles not being sewn on to a size no where close to my boat. No cut outs for bimini top frame. So as instructed by their support team I filed a claim. Haven't heard from them since. No response to email, no response when i call, and when you try the on-line chat, they give you the run around when you give them your claim number. Suffice to say this is a one-and-done purchase for me. I guess I would call it a hard learned $250 lesson.
We wanted a cover for a 2022 Bulls Bay Center Console with T Top. We called them 3 times and were assured that it would fit. When it came it was not for a T Top. They charges a 20% restocking fee even though we had specified it was for a T Top. BEWARE
I ordered a cover for my pick up, they sent one too big. Sent it back and again they sent the wrong cover this one was too small. When I wanted to send it back they said they could only replace it once even though both mistakes were theirs. I filled in all the right fields about what kind of a truck it was. They let us send it back but charged a 20% restocking fee. All their ads say guaranteed fit, but nothing about they will only replace their mistakes once. I was planning on buying at least 2 more covers for a car and boat. They didn't care and no one I talked to could resolve this matter. I will never buy anything from them again. I tell everyone about my experience and recommend they don't use them. I wish I could give them minus stars.
I purchased a cover for my Bayliner Ciera 2855. It did not even come close to fitting. I sent it back and waited a month for them to admit they received it. I then waited another month and got the same cover back after complaints to PayPal and BBB. Obviously still does not fit and they want a restocking fee for sending me the wrong cover. RIP OFF!
I ended up modifying the cover so it would fit (adding material) and I am sure the warranty is void. Do not trust these people when ordering anything big or expensive - might be ok if for your Honda. BUT take a look at the complaints on BBB website
I ordered a PWC cover and received the incorrect cover. The incorrect cover was returned and supposedly a replacement cover was mailed. After 7 weeks of never receiving the replacement cover, I have contacted the Seal Skin customer service weekly and was told it was still in transit. I have never received the cover and the USPS tracking numbers are either old or not functioning. I have been given 4 different numbers without any result. They refuse to return my purchase money. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no one to talk to by telephone and they eventually refuse to answer the customer service emails.
I cannot give a full review at this time because I'm having a very difficult time in trying to return for an exchange or refund and because I'm in Canada this whole return policy is very frustrating so I have to ship to a family member in the US so he can ship this item back under the 30 day time limit for a refund which I'm sure will take a month to be sent back. I will get back to keep you updated.
Cover fits well. Big enough to cover trolling motor and outboard using the suggested model feature. Great value.
Talked to Lina via email sent me a link to my boat cover. Order did not fit told to send back and they would send out new cover that was 4 feet longer. Sent email 10days later saying they don't have a cover and it will cost me a 20% restocking fee.
I'm sorry to say, I have not received this order, not sure what happened, but as fare as I am concerned this may have been canceled! Now you asking about my order. I even checked with PayPal...
I ordered a cover for my pontoon 20'. The first cover was way too small, so they sent a replacement. This was way too big. Those were the only options they had and I can't make either work. Now I have to return it for a 20% restocking fee. They get two stars because the return process was easy. I can't see how they would not have cover that would fit a vanilla 20' pontoon.
The fit is great, good price, it doesn't seem to show the dirt from being outdoors (although-southern California), good for not tearing when stressed so far. Waiting for the time test, have only had it few months.

An online agent helped me in getting the correct, so i thought, size for my 4x4 but it does not cover the whole vehicle. I do not like this fact of paying the price but not large enough. All i can cover is the seats, dump bed remains uncovered.
Bought 3 covers not marked to which car it went to so had to try covers to see what fit. Also one cover to big one way to small one kind of sloppy fit material a thin paper like no give or stretch. Tried to stretch a little and tore. Since tore no warranty even though cover made to small They say oldest in industriy looks like over the years they would learn to treat customers better so if you think you going to get help from them think again buy cover all the time and just tried them out big mistake
Placed order, received 3 shipping emails, 2 saying delivery delayed. Tracking shows nothing has shipped. Call and if you press 1 for sales, you get someone instantly that refuses to help. Press 2 for customer service and you will die before anyone picks up. Shady outfit!
In May of 2022 I ordered a Seal Skin boat cover (grey in color) for my 2005 Lund Rebel 1650 with single windshield and console via telephone. I reside in central Canada btw and Seal Skin does ship to Canada. The telephone order person was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I received my order approximately 10 days from date of order. It was packaged well and no pieces were missing. The cover fits perfectly and I am pleased with it and the overall experience in dealing with Seal Skin. I would definitely purchase from them again.
We ordered this car cover for 2 of our cars. Because it says it will be protected from hail. We are very disappointed with this cover because when it's windy the wind blows the cover off. The elastic is very weak. The cover needs more straps with garment. Slightest wind the cover flaps.
