Good reviews are earned not just given. In the same sense bad reviews are earned not given. Your support poles earned a bad review by breaking. I offered your company a chance to make it right by letting you know. Your company said that you don't stand behind the poles and that only the boat covers are covered by your warranty. I gave you a chance and told you that unless your company stood behind what you sell that I would be writing a poor review. Your company did not respond so your service earned a poor review. Now because of my poor review you have offered to refund my money for the two poles if I change my review of your service? Your service has earned a better review because you are trying to make it right.
Not a good fit. Doesn't cover the entire sides of the truck and doesn't fully cover the crew cab. (Sits high over the cab)

We love our new cover for our outdoor dining table. Seal Skin instructions make it easy to measure and order. We received our new cover much sooner than we expected and the cover fits perfect! We opted to have a zipper installed which makes it a breeze for on and off usage.

To answer the initial question, yes, I received my item. I left a lengthy review when I first received my purchase, so I won't rehash. I will say my order arrived damaged (tear at the seam). I started the return process, only to be accused of damaging the product. After several phone calls and emails, I was told my refund would be given-one person said minus an 18% restocking fee, the other said a full refund. My order date was 11-13-2024, and the day I finally received my full refund was 12-05-2024. It took 10 days from the time the damaged item was received by Seal Skin Covers for the refund to show up on my credit card. I won't do business with this company again.

I ordered 2 covers and up graded the shipping to next day. One cover is a little baggy but fits the motorcycle. The second cover does not fit the motorcycle. The order was placed on a Saturday and received on Wednesday. The return policy for the cover that does not fit requires the cover to be returned before the correct cover is sent. Because both covers have been paid I feel that the correct cover needs to be sent. This mistake was made by SealSkin personnel. The make and model has not changed.

First cover sent was not correct, second cover was closer, but still not correct. Ordered from the website using the exact make model and year of my boat.
Part of the exchange process offered was to be charged an additional $$$ and told I could be credited back the full amount once Original cover was returned… Then when I requested the return information for all of the covers, I was told that I would be hit with a outrageous restocking fee that was never divulged earlier and never provided with the information to return the covers after literally asking via email seven times. When I called in and asked to speak to a manager (I know… Real Karen moment) I was told all they could do was put in a ticket.I had to work with my bank to get a resolution to this issue…

I park our 2001Maxda MX-5 Miata on our driveway. Over our years of ownership we have had several car covers. All of these eventually fell apart under our California sun. I am hoping for many years of protection from your cover.

In ordering a boat cover I stupidly ordered the wrong color because I wasn't attentive enough. Super customer service encouraged me to try it on the boat to insure it fit (it did perfectly), repack it and send it back, and they would send the desired color. Which they have done. No hassle, great service!

The support poles that this company sells broke before I was even able to put the cover over them. The material that they are made of is very cheaply made! We are very disappointed in this product and your support for a product that you in turn are selling! If you are not offering support then maybe you should not sell it and find a product that works better! This is a complete waste of money! I hope the boat cover works better once I find a solution on how to support it or I will be returning it for a refund! How do you recommend that I support this cover to keep the snow off of it this winter? Buyer be ware the company does not warranty the poles at all! You will be better off building a support system out of 2x4's! Don't really trust a company that doesn't support something that they sell!
This car cover was a birthday gift for my son's 1971 Mach1 Mustang. All of our cars in the family have names, and the specific vehicle name is "Jackie." It was his very first car in high school, and his mother and I wanted to give him a gift that would protect his first car.
The quality of this car cover is superior, and the fit is perfect. We felt the cost of this custom car cover was highly reasonable. We will be recommending Seal Skin covers to our car friends.

Bought this on sale for an interior cover. Great quality and fits the car well. Order and delivery was quick and easy.
Wrong size cover (too long) and broken support tripod, will be returning these once I've received proper replacements.

The cover is nice, however, it is not exactly what I expected based on the photographs on the website. As it turns out, the pictures of the covers that fit snuggly over the side mirrors must have been from the interior covers, not the cover that I purchased. The cover does adequately cover the side mirrors but there is not a pocket for the mirrors like I expected. Further, there is no indication on the cover of what would be considered the front or the back of the cover. A label to indicate this would be helpful because without this information, one has to try to unwrap the cover to know the front or the back to begin covering the car from the back to front. A label could easily be put on these areas showing that to simplify it for the purchaser. I also learned that high winds will blow the cover off of the car unless the straps are put onto the underside of the car. So, even though it is a bit of a pain to take the light end of the strap and throw it part way under the car, the owner still needs to get on the ground and reach under the car to grab the buckle of the strap and pull it the rest of the way across the underside of the car. In the rain / snow, this can be a more arduous challenge.
I was under the impression that you were sending me a car cove that was made to fit my car. You sent me a cover for a much bigger car. It flaps in the wind because it is to big. So much for seal skin fit. Very un happy for 149.00.

I called and talked to a rep@ seal skin for a long time about the best cover for my classic car, gave him all of the measurements, year, make, etc. Seal Skin sent me the wrong size, not even close. Charged me 18% re-stocking fee when I sent it back. I ordered another cover, after talking to them for an hour about the size, again, wrong size, they charged me another 18%. I now see their game. Send the customer the wrong size and keep doing it until a fortune has been spent on trying to get the right size. Then, they said they don't have any covers for my size vehicle after I told them I was through playing their little game. Done. Don't buy from these people unless you are into riding the merry-go-round for months with no results except aggravation.
