Sold me a "guaranteed fit" jetski cover that was comically small. Sent me a replacement, same thing, too small. Asked for a refund, and they ghosted me. Had to dispute the charge to get my money back. AVOID!

My ordering and shipping process was flawless. The cover itself is not a "custom fit". The flimsy system to help keep the cover on the car was quickly replaced by something I bought at a brick and mortar store. The cover is much thinner than I expected after reading it protects from hail. We have had three storms since I bought the cover. During one storm it blew completely off and during the other two my car was only partially protected.

This cover will meet your every expectation. It has seen snow wind water and ice and it's 1st Winter and it's met every demand not a drop of water got thru and the elastic around the edges is so tight and strong. With many loops and straps that you can really pull this cover tight.

Bought two covers, one for indoors and one for out. The cover loosly fits over my car and when it is windy the cover comes off. Not only that, there is a cable and lock that drag on the side of the car. I contacted Seal Skin and asked for a solution. They suggested bungee cords or straps, I didn't spend +$130 to wrap straps around the outside of my car. When I told them I was not happy they called me to try and sell me a new cover at a 40% discount. They were not willing to go any further as I was past my 30 day return window. I have two covers from other brands that have straps on the bottom to keep it secure on the car, I do not recommend buying from Seal Skin. Good at marketing, mediocre product and lousy customer service.

I have a 3500 Chevy DRW CREW CAB. They assured me that the cover would fit even after I provided the dimensions of my truck. I was told that they would refund my money if it didn't fit. Now they are saying a 18% restocking fee will be deducted. Beware buying from this company!

I purchased a jetski cover after reading their marketing messaging and viewing their pictures. Company claims a tight fit and shows pictures of the cover fitting tightly. This information is all inacurate and deceiving. The cover fits poorly and is mediocre quality. When I returned the item due to it not fitting, I was only issued a partial refund despite returning the cover in it's original packaging and in the same condition as I received it. This company has no integrity and misleads consumers to buy their products under false marketing, then keeps a portion of customers' money upon returning the inferior product that does not match their claims. I suggest you avoid this company due to their shady business practices.

They are NOT easy returns and they keep some of yoir money! I gave them the exact brand, year and model of my jet ski. They sent a cover that in no way fit it, with 2 to 3 feet extra material on the top back to fit I don't know what. First, they offered an exchange. I already purchased another cover from the dealer that fits perfectly. Then they offered me an additional 25% discount to keep it. Why, it doesn't fit anything. Next, they offered a return with an 18% restocking fee for something I ordered correctly. In that email to me, they said these are "semi fit covers." It appears they keep sending covers in hopes something will somewhat "fit". I'm sure they'll find another reason after they "inspect it" to keep more of my money. I won't be back.

Wore out in the corners of car. Have 2 holes with in 5 weeks of purchase. Junk. Called and won't credit me nothing. Offered me a new one. Cost my $400 to buy once it hot home as the duty was $50 to have shipped to Ontario Canada. Jokes. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Any kind of reimbursement would have helped. But nothing.
DO NOT BUY A COVER FROM SEAL SKIN COVERS.

I had multiple shipments and returns before I finally got a cover that covered my SUV, although not fully as there was too short on the sides by 1.5 ft. However the 3rd one they sent had an extra strap that went around the middle to prevent it from moving a lot so I just kept it. It's not what I expected at this price point but "most" of the car is covered so I left it as is and kept it.

Only time will tell if it lasts as long as they say.
