We have lived in our house for over 30 years and our garage is not big enough for the trucks I have owned. There are a couple of companies that I have ordered covers from and never had any issues. I recently purchased a 2023 Silverado Crew Cab Trail Boss, so I decided to purchase a Seal Skin Cover based on the reviews. The cover I received did not fit the truck. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly. After sending them pictures and measurements they agreed that it did not fit. They sent me another cover which fit worse than the first one. I then decided I wanted to return the cover and go back to the company I had delt with in the past. They stated I could do that but would require a restocking fee or they would take 30% off of the cover and I could keep it. At this point I was frustrated and wanted this relationship to end so I kept it at the discounted rate. I ordered a cover from the other company I had delt with in the past and it fit perfectly. I have no issues with the customer service as they always responded quickly. I am very disappointed in the fact that Seal Skin could not provide a cover to fit a Silverado Trail Boss crew cab as I know that it is a popular vehicle.

Amazing product, Amazing quality and Amazing price. You get all this with an Amazing warranty! Not to mention the perfit fit even with larger tires and rear mounted seat/storage rack. Need I say more?!

The cover works well to keep water off of the car. The fit is too loose - water ponds in several areas. The tie down grommet fell out after a few uses. Overall I'm pretty satisfied; I just wish it fit better.

I ordered it via their website. I received them after three days without male brackets and only a few stripes. Of course, it was a product from China, poor quality. I e-mailed SSC that I need male buckles (set) and more fabric stripes. The answer from the company was: you received everything that you needed. If you need more stripes, you can order them via our website. Can you imagine it? Of course, I can't believe their warranty. The product is junk. I wanted to return it but it was impossible. Please do not buy it. Find another American company. I have another boat with a cover and I know what I need.

I purchased a cover for my 2023 CF Moto 1000xl after the company assured me they had one that would fit. Before purchasing it I asked them what the approx duty taxes would be as I live in Canada and they said about 10% but was in fact about 25% - my bad as I should have checked myself.
I received the cover about 7 days later and it doesnt fit, not even close. I called the company and explained and they said no return policy for Canadians but someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours. No one reached out so I followed up after 72 hours and spoke with a rep called Art (Thursday) and he said give his team until the following Monday - I included pictures showing the cover wont fit. No word on Monday so I followed up with an email on Thursday (no word) and again on the following Monday (no word).
So the first rep lied (or simply guessed) what the duty costs would be and only informed me about a no return policy for Canadians after the fact and the second rep just wont reply to my emails.
Word of advice to Canadians is confirm the US company has a return policy and make sure you pay for the product on visa on MC so you can dispute the charge

Have had two different covers from sealskin, one for a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and sidecar which was a decent cover except for the fact that the elastic band along the bottom that was supposed to keep the cover snug broke within the first year and they were going to charge me shipping to return the cover for their 10 year warranty coverage. The second cover that I just recently got for a 1974 VW Thing was supposed to be an "exact fit" (like all of their covers claim to be) but it turns out it is just a tad short, won't completely come down and cover the front end. It works, just doesn't quite fit like it should, or is claimed to fit.

GOT MY COVER GOT IT INSTALLED WITH ALL THE SUPPLIED HARDWARE WAS A WINDY DAY ABOUT 20MPH WIND WENT TO WORK AND GOT BACK WITH IT BLOWN AWAY AT ONE OF MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WAS SUPER UPSET ABOUT IT, INSPECTED THE PROBLEM AND THE CLIPS WERE THE HOLD RIIPED OFF NOW THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY CAR NOW HAS THIS WHITE SPOTS LIKE ALMOST ACID MELTED MY CLEAR COAT THERES MARKING ALL OVER MY CAR AND THERE PRETTY MUCH TROWING THE BLAME TO ME THAT I INSTALLED IT WRONG. DONT WASTED YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND COSTUMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
