Very easy & understandable
The first order was for the high-end 5L cover that ended up being for a regular height Sprinter and not for a high Sprinter. During the order process I was assured by an online Customer Service rep that it would fit my high Sprinter. That was in September. I then sent it back and received another cover that was purported to be a marine grade polyester blend, lighter and easier to put on. It was the right size for the my high top Sprinter but it ripped the first time I attempted to put it on so I sent that one back also. It is now the end of November and I am still without a cover that is of high quality and will work for my high top Sprinter. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
Great price, great product. But my fit wasn't correct. And because I was five days past the 30 day return deadline before I got home from work to try it on, now I have to live with it.
Cover is not an exact fix for the car is was order for.
The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and I told her I had a roof that was a couple of inches high and she said she would note it on the order and that really made me feel confident that she took ownership of what I told her. Please tell her to keep up the good work.
