My shopping experience wasn't so great. It took forever to be delivered...don't really know whose fault. I had told that company that I had special instructions for delivery. That was acknowledged right away. The package was not delivered as instructed.

We are happy with the covers we finally received, however, they did take longer to ship then we were advised. Also, being in Canada, they should have advised us there would be Duty and Charges to pay when we picked up the package at our Postal Office. IF it was pointed out to me when I ordered them that this would happen, I could have easily had them shipped to my Postal Outlet in the US for pickup with NO additional charges that way. I was not happy when we had the additional charges to pay when I was not advised about this.

Quick and easy. Didn't have my boat specifically listed but I was able to get the correct cover through type and length of boat. The cover is well constructed and durable. Great buy.

Good help finding the cover. Poor fit without adding support poles. No directions were included. This is for a Carolina Skuff 218 DLV with T top. I even called and spoke to a service rep prior to purchase.
