I PURCHASED THE MOST EXPENSIVE SEALSKIN COVER AND IT CAME WITH 2 TEARS IN IT. SO I RETURNED IT FOR A NEW ONE AND THE NEW ONE CAME DEFECTIVE AS WELL WITH THE HOLE CAP MISSING. THE THIRD AND FINAL SEALSKIN COVER CAME AND LOOKED TO BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO DEFECTS. THEY ADVERTISE 100% WATERPROOF AND WATER RESISTANT. I PUT THE COVER ON MY CAR AND IT RAINED THE SAME DAY. MY CAR WAS ALL WET UNDER THE COVER! THESE PRODUCTS ARE PURE GARBAGE AND FOR THE PRICE THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIARS! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER SEALSKIN PRODUCT OR REFERR THESE PRODUCTS TO ANYONE EVER!

Great Covers and good price. Customer service is top notch. However, you may have to turn the cover around with the Front tag to the back and the Back tag to the front as in the case with my CanAm Ryker. It fits better that way.
After an extended chat about looking for a cover for mooring my pontoon boat, the cover I received will work nicely for winter storage but will not work at all for mooring (I am not swimming under the boat to connect straps.
I have an older somewhat uncommon 27 foot cuddy cabin. Seal Skin Covers personnel had no trouble in helping me obtain the proper cover for my boat. The price was quite reasonable also.
Real bad experience I could cry my car's paint is trashed
Purchase a Seal Skin Covers for my 2020 Honda Odyssey elite. Upon delivery installed cover noted. Excellent quality but a very tight fit.
Contacted sealskin, very courteous. Asked me to take pictures of how the cover fits the car and send the pictures to customer service.
Within days, including a weekend, I was contacted to re-package to cover. A authorized return slip was emailed to me and upon receipt of my cover they shipped me a larger cover. That was the next size up. This is all done within a week
The new cover fits perfect very pleased with the product very pleased with the service, I highly recommend this company.

The covering ordered shipped to me in a very timely manner. The covering was fairly easy to place on. After a bout a week in place when removing I observed water & dust trapped on top areas & some scratches on mirrors & corners. I guess I needed a up graded covering. Oops…..

Purchased boat cover it came in way too big and was useless. Wanted to return but they were going to charge a 18% restock fee for their screw up. I gave them another shot and the second one was still several feet too long and did not have tower cut outs they assured me it would have. Now twice sent me wrong product and still want to charge me re stock for return. And the customer service claims they cant connect me to anyone in management and refused to provide any last names. Sarah was the utter worst. Hope i hear back from someone in management.

I would not order this cover for a Chrysler Crossfire. Horrible fit with baggy appearance. Not what I expected… no returns to my knowledge.

I purchased a boat cover and an engine cover for my boat. It took a month to get and it was the wrong color. So I tried to get the correct color and it took over 6 weeks. By then the season that I needed it was over so I didn't get to try it for a little while and it did not fit. They refused to help me. Worst customer service ever. They blocked me from their site so that I cannot write them on Facebook.
I have not used my cover yet. Going to the coast next week, so I will be using your product. Looking forward to using my cover.
The reason I went with this company is there excellent warranty. They also guarantee the fit. When I received my covers, I ordered two jet ski covers. They did not fit as expected. I called the company and they said don't worry we will fix it. They asked me to send them pictures and they would get back to me.
I received a text saying try swapping them maybe I put them on the wrong ski. I tried that did not work. Then they came back and said they are the correct covers that was the best they could do. After all they are not custom covers. I asked what my options were and they said I could return them minus a 18% restocking fee, or they would take 10% off if I kept them. My husband said to keep them because of the warranty. I will update as time goes on. As you can see from the photos definitely not a snug fit as advertised.
