Customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The cover exceeded my expectations. It was well thought out with reinforcing at the bow pulpit and the antennae opening fit nicely. I didn't know that there were 2 zippered accesses which is great for working on the boat in the off season. Much better option than shrink wrap.

I wasn't able to try the cover until the weather improved. The cover didn't fit at all! I would like to know if I can return for a refund. Also you sent me another cover which was the same model number of the first cover I received. I will return both but would expect refunded for postage also.
