First time buyer happy so far
I'm an international shopper and your shipping info indicates that the service is not available - even though the bubble is highlighted - a phone call cleared this up but it was a bit confusing but I think easy to fix.
Received wrong items. Attempting to deal with customer service since May 30,2016 and to date cannot get them to deal with the matter. Have attempted many times to talk with them and of course they state return forms have been sent. To date no form has arrived. Folks at Seal Skin blame UPS emails going to Spam. I Would not do business with them again customer service is non responsive
Some bad reviews but I have a motorcycle cover that has been great for 2 years. So I am a return customer thank you. After receiving the car cover the material is different than advertised. I called customer service, gentleman was rude and not interested in anything but fit. Fit was never in question. Product seems to be ok, but would have been happier with what they advertised. May not buy again, rude to paying customers? Not as advertised?
It was overall a good experience. You will need to find a lock or tie for the cover as there isn't one provided.
