Cover looks great and fits reasonably well for a non custom cover. The real test, as for all covers, is over time. I'll try to update again in 2 or 3 years.
Product was fine but the bonus strap kit and storage bag were not included. I called customer service and they had the bag and straps sent to me.
I like the product description and the live chat to help me locate the right cover to buy.

THIS was a HORRIBLE experience, I am not even close to being satisfied...it was terrible! The first cover sent to me wasn't even close to fitting my car, and no resemblance to the photos on the website. The second one was only slightly better...but not close to what the web site promised! No, I am not satisfied in the least. I am stuck with an ill fitting car cover and they will not refund all of my money...NO, they will take out a restocking fee...FOR THEIR INABILITY TO SEND ME A SNUG COVER AS PROMISED. I Sent photos, feedback but no personal response from them!

Returned original cover as it was more than 6 feet too long. Seriously. Replacement cover also fits poorly and is of marginal quality. I gave up and tossed it. Do not recommend these covers.
Jessica was great in assisting me and guiding me in what exactly I was looking for and the price was very good. I would like to see how the cover holds up compared to sunbrella. This would be a great comparison. Especially in the boat cover section.
First order had wrong security cable. I was told to send everything back when I notified Sealskin of this. They sent a second cover [with the correct cable] that was radically different from the first in construction, weight, and appearance. I contacted them as was told it was correct but it just didn't match up with the first cover and proved not to be waterproof as advertised. Meanwhile, they then sent a third cover that more closely matched the first and appears to be waterproof. I have since contacted them several times to a) have them telephone me to discuss the product and b) send me a return authorization and shipping label for the unwanted cover. I have never had a response from them since. I suspect they are only middlemen and have products drop-shipped from various manufacturers. I also suspect the persons handling customer service have probably never even seen the products they sell and have no real knowledge of what they are supposed to look like. Not a good [nor sustainable] business model, in my humble opinion.
Order received fast; figuring out how to tie the tiedowns a little tricky but once done, worked like a charm. Recommend getting the center pole to give lift in the middle so water doesn't puddle. Looks nice and neat and we have zero complaints.
I ordered a cover for a 2004 Mustang and received a extra large cover that is way to big.

First cover was too short and not wide enough & had to return. Replacement was perfect in length, but still not wide enough. SealSkin only allows 1 exchange (which I was unaware of), so had to return for refund...with a 15% re-stock fee. Not real happy about that as I mentioned in my initial email about the extended length but was still sent a cover that was too short. Not exactly my fault. However, the covers were great material, just didn't fit. The customer service rep I dealt with (Kassandra) was AWESOME! Too bad this didn't work out. Over a month later I'm out a re-stock fee and still don't have a cover.
Quick and easy it is a well made cover and works perfectly.
