I ordered a snowmobile cover and received a motorcycle cover. I returned the cover and re-ordered another snowmobile cover. I once again received a motorcycle cover. I returned this one also and re-ordered another snowmobile cover, the third time. The third cover I received was a snowmobile cover, finally. It fit just fine but the overall purchase took about a month to complete. There seemed to be a problem with the shipping department sending the wrong item. The purchase orders were all correct.

Getting the extra straps was a lot of work when it should have only been one conversation. Once approved the extra straps took longer than they should have to be mailed out.
Altho your website page is hard to follow as it does not show the full page and makes it hard to order
Very timely
The cover arrived and did not fit at all. I am very disappointed in the fact that numerous emails and phone calls went unanswered or ignored. Finally had to dispute the charges and they want to charge a fee since it was their fault. I would never recommend or purchase from them

Confirmed cover with Frank but they shipped a cover which was not for boat - several feet to long. Exchanged for the correct one with No hastle whatsoever. New cover fits pretty good. Engine hood is a bit small but I have large engine (35 HP on a 13' Whaler).
