Cover didnt come with enough tie down holes in it only had 3 hard to tie down a cover with only 3 tie holes 2 on sides 1 in front cover didnt fit as well as I thought it would

So far easy ordering will see how the cover fits. New notes cover fits fair on this machine one strap at the middle of the cover is unusable to short to connect with other side but all else seams good'.

Live chat was great, but the 2 phone calls were bad. Never got anyone to answer the first time and a bad connection the second time and could not get the answers I needed.
The cover was on backorder when I ordered it. I didn't have to wait too long for it to show up. I was out of town for a week and it rained on the new cover but the cover leaked. I came home to a water filled boat.
At this point with seal skin im totally not satisfied with your product I've had it a month and it's already tearing I'm badly now with your customer service to return it I've taken pictures sit them to you and you tell me you are going to send me reinforcement patches so it that I am not happy with your product
The Chat individuals were very helpful, but the cover was not the right size. I ordered the size they recommended. When the weather broke and I unwrapped the Sea-Doo to put the new cover on, I discovered that the cover was the wrong size. Because 30 days had gone by they would not allow me to return it for a replacement cover. The sales rep tried to sell me a new cover. I will never order from them again. I agree that the return policy was 30 days and that they did not have to assist me. Regardless, I am not a happy camper. The cover was still in the bag and it was not harmed.
Great so far easy to set up. Now lets see how long it will take to get here.
