My cover you didn't fit my car! You sent a lock & cable to hold it in place - that's just what I wanted! A cable and lock beating my paint to pieces. Your company didn't deliver what they promised on the website! I purchased this cover because it was presented to be for my car- it isn't for my car.

Clear description of products. Easy to navigate sight. Would be helpful if the part ordered included part numbers. I would like to know if my snowmobile covers are interchangeable. Update: They are the exact same size cover neither of which fit as well as I had hoped (Too Large). Apprehensive about exchanging for fear that the next size is too small. The straps not arranged well to secure either sled. The straps intended to go around the hood and attach under the belly pan are not long enough. The diameter of the hook loops is too small and limits the attach points tat can be utilized. Quite expensive for a one size fits many cover. Can't attest to the quality of the material as I have only had the covers a few months.

I called in asking for how exactly to fit the cover, and the response I got was a little less than satisfactory. It was very much generalized and short answers. Could've been much better.
The covers were returned for both applications, they did not hold up as described by the website and the person I spoke to before I bought the covers. I still have only received a partial credit on one of the covers and have not received a credit for the other cover that was returned. The covers did not protect the vehicles from the hail damage.
Got this cover for my boat, it held up to 50mph+ winds. Very good cover
