Great very fast!
I received my order within a few business days. I am 100% satisfied with this product. I keep my car covered every day and with all the rain it stays dry. I recommend this cover.
I emailed and I also posted on your Facebook page about the issue I had with the cover, never got a respons. I have since put it where it belongs, in the garbage.
Terrible product. Four of the cheap plastic buckles broke the very first time I tried to drive with the cover on. I bought a 'semi custom' cover that was supposed to be compatible with my trolling motor...there was no special reinforcement for that, so I am using a towel to protect the cover. I wrote the company asking for replacement buckles...no response. Steer Clear!

Not so good, I ordered a cover for a ZX-14 Kawasaki. The cover they sent me was not seal skin brand. And did not fit right. I hope it last 10 years like the warranty says. Because it looks kind of cheap
Great product, very happy
I had a problem with applying the discount code, but I think it was my fault the first time. The second time it worked fine. Also, your chat line is very helpful, efficient and friendly. Cover was made of good materials. Plastic grommets came out almost immediately so cable that holds cover on now goes through the hole in material left by the missing grommet, I live in Oklahoma so there are always strong winds blowing. I do not expect this cover to last very long because the cable will tear through the fabric.

Quick and easy good description of product. Inside of the cover on the passenger side keeps getting something on my window that I have to clean off daily. Can't see anything when I look at cover but it is greasy on the window

Process is very intuitive even for an ol' guy I have 4 of your snowmobile covers and they are an excellent product
I ordered two covers of different sizes. A packing slip for two covers was generated as well as shipping label, but one item was crossed out on shipping label. It took numerous messages to try and find what happened and why I only received one cover but paid for two. Finally I was issued a RMA for two covers along with prepaid shipping label to send them back. Still no communication as to what happened and why. I finally got a customer service person on the telephone and explained all to her. It took her a day to determine the one size was out of stock. Two days later I got notice they were shipping two covers and tracking number. When the package arrived it was one cover that i needed although a size larger than ordered, but it fits great. So while it took 6 weeks with poor communications, all worked out.
Cover was and is too large for the boat. Have to use 4 xtra tiedowns to keep the cover from sagging with water puddle build up.
Shopping was easy and delivery was prompt
