Sent 2 emails to support and no response. Item was delayed shipping by a couple of weeks. I paid for expedited shipping and was not expedited. I expected a refund on the shipping but nothing. Also, the tracking number didn't work. Bad overall experience. Customer service should be #1 but this company does a poor job of that. First and last time I buy a product from this company.
My cover was sent with no cable or lock and have asked twice and still has not arrived,not sure what is happening
