I ordered a cover with my boat with the help of one of your agents. The cover is too big and when I wanted to return it, You have to have the original packaging and in the same shape it was received. What good is that? It is NOT waterproof also

The cover was too small for the zHonda 750 cc motorcycle that I ordered it for. It was about 12-18 inches short all around. I did keep it because I also had a smaller 250 cc Honda and it fit perfectly. I would like to order another cover for my 750cc Honda but do not know what size because all you ask is for model and make and it didn't fit..
I like that you can call out the product that fits unusually equipped bikes. If the product is good, I would return for that. But the pace of the live chat was super slow.
Heavily made, seems tough. Does not go low enough in the rear to cover the exhausts, though fit elsewhere is decent.
The first order was wrong but they quickly fixed the problem with hardly any effort on my part. New cover fit perfect.

Hope too send my feedback when the product arrives. My product arrived & didn't have time too open right away, but when I did, I was truly happy with the purchase. If only I can send pics. So far, cover is all I asked for. But wasn't sure if I also ordered the lock that came extra with it. It didn't come with it, but I'll check it out. Thx you. Cover works great!
