While adjusting the cover for the very first time, 3 of the straps that are sewn onto the cover started to rip out.

The car cover is working at the moment. I am concerned with the fact that the cover is not made to fit for a 2009 Infiniti G37X & as a result has a lot of excess material. I am am hoping that the excess material does not wear out prematurely. Thank you, Nancy Sternbergh
Second time I have to get warranty replacement on a cover that is only 1 year old. I bought a cover and it went bad in 1 year. Not a big deal I felt they have a good warranty.
Got new cover ripped again and I sent it back. Late I found out that my claim is denied and I do not even get my ripped cover back.
I called warranty department to ask about getting it back or getting a new one at a discount and I was told they could not help with new one. Thur sent a note and said I would hear in 48hrs about my ripped cover.
Not very happy about the product or process at this time.
Not to mention my boat has not been covered since July.
Hope it holds better in hot sun
