Was back ordered 3 times. I was supposed to receive a 10% credit which I do not believe ever showed up on my credit card. The cover did fit well though.

The shipping required our home address and not our mail address. The package made it to within 100 miles of the house, then sent to Kansas and to several other States, we received it three weeks later. We thought we had corrected the situation before it left Alaska, but the service agent said because the package was scanned to leave Alaska, he couldn't do anything about it.
1. Make sure others input their home address and not the billing address for shipping.
2. Send two screw down plastic tarp clips to tie the front to the side grommets to keep the cover on in the wind. 20 MI/HR wind blew the tarp over the top of the car no matter how tight we cinched it in the back and side. The cable on the bottom kept it from blowing away. We installed clips and have no further issues.

It did arrive as advertised, the covers fit very well, easy to put on, and keeps my waverunners dry underneath. So far I am happy. If they hold up for 10 years as warranty implies, I will be ecstatic.
Product arrived on schedule. However was larger than the vehicle it was ordered for. Still a good product. Just didn't want to have to send it back. It'll do.
Original shipment wrong size. Was questioned how that was possible. Next shipment is still to large and is not water proof.

Original size I received "wasn't even close" to the size of my car. The ad said they have measurements of the cars and had the correct make and model of my car. Return/exchange was ok but a "real" hassle finding a box and repacking because it was originally shipped in a bag that was a vacuum bag.
