Waited a normal time on my cover. Put cover on at lake and it was too narrow in the center -- did not cover the center of the boat. Was made too narrow to cover the boat from side to side. Front and back was fine and length was OK. Called about this mistake someone made and they could not find the order. I have ordered several items and always had good luck but not this time. I hope someone else does not have the same luck.

I ordered a cover for my boat and indicated it did not have a swim platform. They sent me one that was 3 feet too long. I sent it back, asking for one again without the swim platform. It took about three weeks before I finally received my correct boat cover. This one fits lit a glove, but rainwater does collect on the rear of the cover, and even though the cover is tight, it bowls and collects the rain rather than shedding it off.
Pretty simple. Exchanged two covers for warranty issues. Excellent service.

I was a little disappointed, the cover says it fits my car, and It does not completely cover the car. I'm guessing they didn't take into account the factory spoiler on the trunk lid.

The fit was perfect. When I took it off my car it had discolored the paint on the spoiler. So now I plan on covering it with a soft drop cloth before the seal skin goes back on.

The cover they sent was made by Oxgord.com. It was not the one described on the website. It was a big hassle trying to work with customer service about it. Finally they agreed to exchanged it but the new on they sent was also not like the one described on line. It was only 4 layer nit 5 and too small for my car. On the following day after I got the I'd form them about the problem. They emailed me back and said the 30 days return period has past. I fileda ccomplaint with BBB against them. Sealskin refused to resolve the problem.
