Website ok, but customer service at Sealskincovers was deplorable. I received a cover and after using it, removing it and reinstalling it I found a defect in the cover. I filed for a warranty claim and got nothing but refusal to assist due to a time limit being passed. I started my claim prior to 30 days of getting my cover and the first thing that happened was the claim was closed and no response given whatsoever. I refiled and then was told I had passed the 7 day period- Really, where did it say that?

My boat cover was outstanding. I'm very pleased with the quality of work,fit,fabric and its over all look. Cover did not take a long time to arrive and was package well. The free s/h and discount was a selling factor. I would say to sealskin, to keep doing what you are doing and the public will find you.

It was fine. This is second cover I have ordered for my older Boston Whaler 17' sport, but this one was a different size than the prior one...A little bigger, not as good of a fit, but still a nice cover and works well.
It was easy and self explanatory. We installed the cover on the boat and were highly shocked at the ease of installation. We are going down to check this weekend. I will be updating this comments then.
