We ordered 2 red and black seal skin covers for our matching jet skis. Although the order was for red and black and the box said red and black one was blue and black. I now have 2 jet skis covers that don't match. I was given 10% off, about $10 but was very disappointed with that. It would have cost me more to ship it back. They should have handled this better since it was clearly a mistake on their end. Clearly, products are moved around since a blue and black cover was in a taped shut red and black box.
Glad the warranty covered replacement, but it has only been 3 years on a 10 year warranty. Not so good if this doesn't last 7 years.
This cover sucks! It doesn't fit car at all security lock and cable already broke the slightest wind and there goes the cover down the street! I will NOT recommend this product to anyone ever! Your customer satisfaction? Well there is NONE! I ordered a cover for a 68 firebird which you claim it fits like a glove LMFAO. Well it doesn't fit at all i had to use pony clamps at all 4 corners to try and keep it on next is milk bottles filled with water
Sealskin Customer service is atrocious. It was only after numerous phone calls to Sealskin Covers, I was able to speak to a customer service rep regarding a replacement warranted cover. When I did finally was able to reach a customer service rep, I was placed on hold for 20 mn, then disconnected. Aside from the fact Sealskin Covers did honor the replacement cover warranty (after a $35.00 maintenance fee), despite the fact the cover was fairly new, I won't conduct business with Seal Skin Covers again. But have found a more amicable boat cover third party vendor, through Walmart.
Simple and easy to use. Adds to the look of my boat in my driveway.

Cover moves around in high Northeast winds exposing corners of the car. On one occasion the cover turned halfway inside out even when tied down with the 4 grommets.
The product is high quality; the price was great. But the company doesn't make a cover big enough to fully cover my bike, a Victory Vision.

Very happy with Seal skin cover and warranty replacement. Very unhappy that after emailing twice of address change and two follow up calls confirming address change they still shipped to old address. This resulted in UPS shipping from NY to WA then to NJ and then back to WA. Total time in transit 6 weeks. Terrible, yes UPS at fault for poor rerouting but this never would have happened if Seal Skin would have done their job correctly the first time. Finally ended picking up package at UPS at wrong location 150 miles away.
