I like the cover itself but I didn't receive the cord to secure the cover or anything to lock it with so I havent been able to use the cover -_____-
The cover was too big for the car. It fit sloppy and looked awful. I threw it in the trash.
I would have given five stars but I didn't receive the cover that I ordered. I ordered a cover for a boat without an extended swim platform and I received a cover that was way too long for my boat. So I think I received a cover for a boat with an extended swim platform because of how long it is.

We were excited about our cover and our first one arrived quickly...unfortunately it was NOT water resistant as advertised. I sent pics of all the water in our jetski and they apologized and said it sometimes happens that a batch gets out by mistake. They sent me a return label and I was told 24-48 hrs after the return is received my new one would ship out. Not the case...someone dropped the ball. 2wks after I knew they has received the defected cover we still had nothing. I called got put on hold then finally told me it had been shipped that day. Well there wasn't a tracking number for a few days after that so really they totally forgot about us and when I called they realized that.
It started out to be a good experience but it ended up being quite a run around. Hope these untreated "batches" don't get out by mistake too often.
Product sizes are inconsistent. Almost seams as if the sizes are chosen at random before being shipped. Second cover purchased for two different cars. The first cover was huge as compared to the vehicle. This cover was so tight, afraid that I was going to rip the seams. Either way, the only shining light is the 10 year warranty that makes this purchase appealing. I intend to use it one day soon as the aforementioned cover is starting to dis-color and will start to develop cracks in the material shortly.

The price on the cover I ordered was very good. I received the cover in a timely manner. I returned the cover per your instructions for a refund due to not needing it. It was damaged on being returned and took several phone calls to get a refund but I did get it. The problem was with UPS, not sealskinz. Followup from sealskinz was a bit slow. Otherwise, a great experience.
You need to put more eyelets on your covers...2 in the middle are not enough. You need to put them in several places on the cover but especially at both ends. High winds in Florida have blown my cover off twice

I was very unsatisfied with your customer service. I was on hold well over 30 minutes and my issue was not immediately resolved. You did not ship our first order and gave a faulty tracking number. I went around in circles with your customer service reps to get the situation rectified and had to wait several extra days to receive my order. I also tried to reach out to you via your email site and was equally as frustrated. I did not hear back from you immediately and when I did finally get a response all it said was, "Sorry. We'll look into it." Then I didn't hear from you again via email.
I would NOT recommend your company to anyone else.
The cover fits the boat well. The only issue I had was I was under the impression the straps went to the trailer frame and not all the way under the boat as they do. Thankfully that was a fairly easy fix to change it to what I was looking for. Overall I'm satisfied with the product.
Good. I have one on my car in the garage but have not used the one I got for my other car that I drive to work. I have to get in the routine at work.
