Didn't realize your company was such a scam. Seeing plenty of other reviews from other unsatisfied customers now. I have 5-6 other buddies looking to buy boat covers in the next couple of years. I will be buying boat covers the rest of my life. Why not offer better customer service and keep me and my buddies around for life? Instead, I have to tell everyone how $#*!ty your company is and tell them to stay far away. I won't be doing business anymore with you, what a waste of an opportunity.
Not asking for a lot more than just normal performance and customer service from your company. Crazy disappointed. Here is a message for your superior. "$#*! you and your $#*!ing scam of a company. I can't believe you guys aren't replacing your $#*! up of a cover you sent me. I'm starting to realize you never even had an actual cover to fit my boat. Did I mention $#*! YOU you $#*!ing $#*!s?!" Send it to him in all caps if you think it helps get the tone across better.
And what the $#*! are you doing working for such a low life of a company? Do you enjoy all the pissed off people you have to deal with everyday? I normally wouldn't be pissed at you about this but $#*! you for working for these guys. I will be reviewing any and everywhere I can around the internet. One of the worst consumer experiences of my life, can't really think of a worse one actually.

PS $#*! your company and the owner. May all of his children grow up to be fat and ugly with no friends and end up killing him in his sleep because of how $#*!ty of a dad and owner of a company he is. I would say she but this has got to be a $#*! up of a dude, woman don't run this $#*!ty of companies. I hope they all take sides of one of these enormously over-sized boat covers you $#*!s sell, wrap him up in it, take him away, chop him up slowly, start feeding pieces of himself to wolves while he is still alive and turn this company around for the better. Now that would be some $#*!ing silver lining to this story.

Ordered a cover for our Audi Q5 on the 9th of September, received a email stating it had been shipped ON THE 10th, with tracking and all! Checked tracking number with UPS yesterday, and pkg has not even been picked up, and we paid extra for 3 day delivery! It was to be a Birthday gift for this weekend!
After speaking with customer service this morning, they had to cancel our order... they cannot find our package!
Don't trust them! Going back to California Car Covers where we got the one for our Corvette!
You can get the equivalent quality at Walmart for $50. Our cover seemed great to start off but in one drive all but two of the clips broke. We bought all new straps which fixed the problem. Two weeks later the whole back side ripped just sitting in our back yard from a small storm with wind. With the 10 year warranty they will replace it ONE time but after 30 days all sales are final. We thought we were investing in a high quality cover and in the end we just feel ripped off.
I ordered on 8-29-19. Needed for a trip on 9-6-19. They said it would deliver by the 6th. It is now 9-4-19 ticket was created they have no idea where it is at.
Extremely poor customer service. Never ended up receiving what I ordered despite countless hours speaking with CSRs. Are not allowed to speak with anyone in charge by phone. Emails go unanswered for up to a week at a time. Horrible company.

Ordered what was referred to as a custom cover for my 2006 tige boat. It was foot to long and could not get good fit. Reordered and second cover was even worse fitting then first way to wide and seams were coming loose. Talked to them directly on phone and they went on about it was a semi custom fit not a custom and they couldn't guarantee I could get good fit. At this point I asked to return and get my money back. They did give me 80% back and said it was restocking fee. I asked about not fitting and torn seams and service man he couldn't do anything about it but would have a man contact me within 24 hours three days later have not heard anything.
I ordered a boat cover on 8/1/2019. By 8/22/2019 had not heard anything so called the help desk. They said the order was stuck in processing but would take care of the issue. Just wait 24 hours for an update. On 8/27/2019 no update, no tracking number, no product. I email'd to say on 9/3/2019 I'll just cancel the order and reverse the payment. We'll see I guess.
So far not so good.
I am pleased with this product.
It is strong and easy to clean.

This outfit has no idea about order management or inventory systems. 5 business days after placing an order and paying EXTRA for expedited delivery, the customer service line takes OVER 12 minutes to answer and then cannot tell me a single thing about where my shipment is or if it has even left the factory.
Really, in 2019? This is a total joke. Please hire a consultant to come in and fix this mess!
The covers fit our waverunners perfectly. The only complaint I have, is that I ordered one blue and one yellow. Instead, I was sent two yellow covers.
